With a background in sales and real estate, she developed a keen eye for development and project management, which led her to the industrial metal supply industry. Driven by the vision of creating opportunities for herself and her family, Matti co-founded Delta Industries with a determination to break new ground in a male-dominated field. As a wife and mother of four, she balances leadership and family life with a passion for helping clients secure the materials they need to build success.
